Hi guys, just purchased an 04 model with 7000 miles on it and love it, just fitted new tyres and off road pipes, live in Lancashire.

Any feedback welcome. I have a T'bird 900 (95). I need to replace both sets of tyres. Does anyone recommend a particular tyre for my bike.

I do a low annual mileage, mainly dry summer days. I don't ride with haste, other than the odd blast down a straight road here and there.

Avon Storm on the front and Avon Venom for the rear has been suggested by a local dealer, but I'm not convinced he knew what is best, rather quoting what he had in stock!

Check the Avon website. I fitted Storm2 Ultra and Azaro ST to a friend's '95 Thunderbird recently as suggested on their site and we were both well pleased with the result.
