Hey guys, been checking the site for a while but new to the forum!
Passed my Mod 2 today first time. Dead chuffed but now looking for that bigger bike for the next few years!
I've got my heart set on the Yamaha wr400/426 enduro bikes, I like the look of the DRZs but can't afford one and going out on a few rides this summer so would rather not wait (unless I can find one cheap!). I'd be using it on/off road, put some blinkers/discreet mirrors on too of course, maybe chuck some sm wheels on too.
Fairly sold on getting one of these, any other similar bikes people think would be better I'm open to, but I'm not going to go for a pure road bike, so deffo no bandits etc as good as they are!
Anyhows, I'm definitely getting it restricted (taking no chances with my body and insurance), but don't want to shell out to fi international. So , my question is, is there any way to get the dimensions (searched online everywhere!) or do dyno centres restrict bikes for any less?
Sort of defeats the point in getting this bike if I have to shell out so much for a few washers to such a deceiving company.
