All makes of bikes have their fanatical following,be it gixxers, ninjas or wop tractors(joke, joke)

I've always loved Kawasakis,though I currently have a Suzuki.

BMW owners are notorious for their evangelistic approach.

Who are the biggest diehards.

Hardly riders?

dunno really, but I think the European brands tend to have stronger followings - eg a Be-emer is highly likely to stick to BMs - but a Kwak fan is just as likely to switch to Suzuki or Yamaha if the bike is attractive (ime).

oh - and if you think Be-emers are evangelical..... just wait till you see the Vincent Owners Club types!!!

I've neber had brand loyalty as such, but there are some makes that I would never own

Fanatical? Loyal? Surely it's got to be Harley owners?

Most sportsbikers will be a bit precious about their bike du jour, but they'll swap it in a heartbeat for the next badass concept 600/thou featured in MCN

One more for Harley

It is a cult. Or a support group for shite bike owners.

Has to be the Milwaukee iron doesn't it? People even tattoo themselves with the logo.

Mind you I know more than a couple of people with Ducati tattoos, perhaps it is a V-twin thing.

Overall Hardly Driveables but excluding them I would say Kawasaki.

They seem to inspire alot of loyalty within it's customer base which I don't frankly understand!

The most loyal owners are by definition the ones that buy the bikes no matter how crap they are and forgive the bikes faults.

I couldn't possibly comment as to which motorcycle company that is

I've always had a Kwak and a Harley. I've been lucky with reliability when it comes to kwacks. Plus you always seem to get more for your money... Unless it's paint or fairing related

I like bikes with character.... You just don't get that from a Gixer

What's to understand? I've not always bought Kawasakis, and wouldn't argue they are the best, but I've always loved them.

I've know people who will only buy Kawasakis, discounting all other makes because it's not a Kawasaki.

I've not known anyone be like that with any other Jap brand!

Personally I've always found Kawasakis to be a touch behind the other manufacturers in recent years.

They seem to have addressed that with the current ZX6/10 & upcoming ZZR1400 though.

That's the sort of obsession I want to hear about.I've only encountered it with BMW owners.

I've no doubt all marques have their fanatics.

I think Harley and BMW,maybe Triumph to a lesser extent encourage the sense of belonging to a family/club.

And a recognisable brand.

Hence why I don't like Dealerships of any kind.
