I'm suprised there's no thread about this.

For those who aren't T.W.O. subscribers, according to the latest issue, as of the 24th of July it'll no longer be 'Two Wheels Only' magazine, but will be changing to 'Visordown' magazine instead!

How cool is that?

As someone who's been furtling around these internet pages for more years than can be easily remembered it's quite fun to think that despite a few ups and downs, the Visordown brand that I've enjoyed for so long, and have had the tiniest part in sustaining through the interactions of the forum, has reached such a great height.

Congratulations Mr Admin sir. It's been a long time coming.

but that means that my Two Wheels Only helmet bag will be obsolete.

And my Two Wheels Only wallet.

And my Two Wheels Only balaclava.

Will Visordown replace these items?

I dunno.

But the Visordown stickers on my bike have just become a lot more relevant.

Good point, I have some Visordown stickers.

I shall put them on my TWO tat forthwith

Just seen that too. It's quite an interesting one that from a rebranding angle, as you play to the more recognised brand name and everything follows suit.

Is visordown the stronger brand?

I’m not allowed to have any of these as my avatar, so here they are on my sig instead. However, I now can't add any new ones

Did you ever hear anyone say “That picture had better be banned, because I might look at it and it might be very damaging to me”

Hmmm, just read it too, I wonder what the benefits of subscribing to the mag will be.

As far as branding goes that is quite a change

I suppose the actual traffic to the site will have some how influenced this, but dont confuse traffic to the site with activity on this forum recently as tehy are two completely different things

well done to Admin quite a coup

It sure is a strange world.

This must be very exciting for Admin. It's been great to see the change over the years, from a self-funded hobby, all the way through to a solid item that will be in the shops. I'm well chuffed for you Ben.

I can just imagine you walking in to WHSmith, looking at the mags and saying, that's me that is.

Not quite.

TWO / visordown mag continues to be owned by Magicalia, which in turn is owned by Exponent Private Equity.

This change looks to be more the outcome of the split of the Magicalia business under the leadership of Tom Bureau.

Blimey - didn't see that coming 9 years ago - but I'm sure Admin did...

Well done Ben, I KNOW you'll be utterly proud as punch of this news.
