taking too much of a liberty

Don't see much of a problem with silly speeds on quiet dual carriageways, but the 60 plus in 30mph urban zones, (80-100 in 40mph zones) in wet conditions is taking the piss somewhat.

What are the bikes involved?

consistently riding like a complete prick, deserves all he gets and some more. I do think the copper should have stopped him much earlier though.

Ah yes, having watched the video - it was a case of riding dangerously.

From both the persued and pursuer unfortunately! It was apparent from the reflections on other vehicles that the pursuing officer wasn't using blue lights for the majority of this footage.

That could have:

given the biker the impression he had been joined by a fellow biker for an impromptu thrash

encouraged him to ride faster and more recklessly

endangered other road users - it certainly didn't warn them of the danger approaching

Seems like the juicy conviction was more important than public safety!

Shit, i didnt realised they filmed my Journey to work!

The Biker is in the wrong fair and square but the copper is committing the same offences and appears to be riding as dangerously if not worse. Did he get a suspended jail sentence. I think not.But we have always know traffic cops drive or ride as fast as they want when they want maybe we should sign up

wow 100 mph , on a 40 mph zone , does he not think about the fact he could kill someone and his self on them roads ?

showing off pulling wheelies ect.. im glad he got banned pricks like that , that give bikers a bad name ..

but my dad always does 140 mph with me on the back .. but on safe roads .. i'm sure other bikers do 140 mph to.

You cant go and call him a prick for doing 140, then say its ok for your dad to do it, with you on the back.. You dont think thats irrisponsible? Your dads a prick if he foes 140 with you on the back..

Fair and square, hes not just putting his like at immidiate risk, but you'rs too.

Safe roads.. Theres no such fucking thing!

Yea i do 140mph quite often, just before i shut off for Gerards.

so you dont think theres a difference between doing 140 mph .. in a 40 mph zone with children crossing roads , and rows of traffic

compared to doing 140 mph on a flat straight country road .. with no cars and no children corssing it ?

Thats not what i said is it.

You called the guy for doing 140 but then you basically said its ok for your dad to do it, with you on the back as long as its on a safe road. There's no such thing as a safe road.

but theres such thing as a road which is a lot more safer than the road he was doing 140mph on .

Calculated risk.

But its that word at the end.

Have you ever hit a rabbit whilst doing 140? A badger, or even a fox?

Goodnight..

Next time your on the back of your dad, doing such speeds, on what you think may be a safe road, just take a second to think...

"what would happen if a tractor appeared rom that farm road"

or

"What would happen if theres a stone in the road which my dad hits"

Im not saying the guy in the video is right, he's far from it, and ive also done stupid speeds on the road, as most of us have.

But there's not one rule for one and one for another.

That aint how the devil works unfortunatly.

ino , my dad was doing stupid speeds .. but he didnt put other peoples lives in danger .. it was me and him no one else was there.

n of course my dad wasnt right by going them speeds .. but ino for a fact he wasnt the only one in the books to do such speeds..

and theres a big big different between my dads riding and this guys.
