The loose the left pane hack

That was on the beta site, anyone got the destructions?

Run an angle grinder down the dotted line and.... hey presto!   Sorry, you did ask for destructions

yeah-where did those beta posts go?I wanted to boing one up in a years time to show I was here before the peasants. Mind you-that plan's fucked too seeing as the join dates been emasculated off.

What he said FFS. I cant even get the smilies to work properly,

Obviously it is the interest of TWO/Magicalla/the admin for this information to not be available to the users, hence it not being around.

I'm finding the advantage of a widescreen monitor: sidebars like that aren't as intrusive.

See my signiture. As the site has moved from http://beta.visordown.com/forums to http://www. visordown.com/forums I had to update the script. If you had previously installed the hack just follow this link http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/15088.user.js for the new version to automaticaly install. If you don't know about the old version... http://www.thebikersbar.com/articles/general/visordown-firefox-plugin

There ya gohttp://www.thebikersbar.com/articles/general/visordown-firefox-pluginIf you are a firefox user download the greasmonkey plugin from the following link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 When the plugin is installed install the Visordown.com forum script by clicking http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/15088.user.js

Edited for accuracy As for the Firefox plug in that King756 wasn't supposed to post then I couldn't possibly comment on that, publically that is

it's obviousely pissing off the administration and effecting my posting ability .

I seriously doubt the latter, as I belive I am the only one on at the mo, and I don't have a clue how to use the admin side of things yet. Still getting to grips with the user features! As for the former, yes, I should think it will piss people off. The idea of the left column being to entice people out of the forum and into the new features the rest of the site now has.I would suggest at least removing the link from your post. Anyone who wants it I am sure will be able to fuind it off the board.

ah, thanks. I didn't see it had already been posted

Loose left pane? bit of silicon sealant is what you need

good fix, well done whoever did it

Is it tied on with string then?

Is there an IE6 hack? It's got to go.

Not allowed to install firefox at work.......IE6 fix required

does what it say, but you lose the quote functionality. Thanks anyway. Using it now!

Quote doesn't seem to work very often anyway.

Works every time for me.But then I don't like to find something to moan about every post.

Quite.Unlike some you haven't felt the need to make post after post after post after..... There clearly are issues with the quote facility for some, of which we are aware.
