I seriously doubt the latter, as I belive I am the only one on at the mo, and I don't have a clue how to use the admin side of things yet. Still getting to grips with the user features!

As for the former, yes, I should think it will piss people off. The idea of the left column being to entice people out of the forum and into the new features the rest of the site now has.

I would suggest at least removing the link from your post. Anyone who wants it I am sure will be able to fuind it off the board.
