Help Required of a technical nature :/
Friend is having a problem, basically just got cable and can no longer access hotmail account via outlook express. Also unable to access said hotmail account from their home pc using the hotmail url, and the error "does not recognise username/password"
I have no home pc to try and bash this out, but i am sure someone out there will have the answers.
any help is most gratefully appreciated
