I get 2500 front,1500 rear on my 900 Hornet. You might expect 1000-1200 on the rear.

is it because of the weight of the bigger bikes that gives such low milage with tyres.

I know the dealer will 'tell you , what you want to hear', but the aprilia dealer told me ,a 650 pagaso would probably give 4k on tyres

Have you filled your GARAGE in yet?

Agree.A little 650 single that eats rears weighting in at 3 ton dry will do 4k on a Supercorsa rear

If your throttle happy id say 600 miles or so, i got 550 or so miles from the newer supercorsa pro (Diablo) on the rear of my R1 and i some how managed to wear the front nearly too the wear bars on the edges.

Having said that i have the Dragon Supercorsa Pro's on my 1098s, they are the standard fit, i have done 650 miles on that and they are still like new - but im sure they are a hard compound more suited to road.

Problem with the Supercorsas on the road is getting them hot, unless your on it they can be a bit tricky IMO.

Can't imagine them lasting very long especially if it's sc1's. I don't bother with supercorsa pros on the road. I find the new Diablo corsas are more than good enough. Designed to work over a greater temperature range (ie on the road) and they've got the harder compound centre and softer edges.

+ 1

Im currently running them on my R1, i can say that they work really well, they just move around a bit more which is a good thing on the road as it lets you know the limit a bit sooner

diablo's on my k6 thou 800 miles out of a rear

i've managed about 700 miles out of my supercorsa pro's.  but i have avoided straight roads like the plague to avoid them squaring off and they have already squared off.

they'll be gone inside the next 200 miles...

my racetecs ( same as supercorsas) normally last round 1500-2000 on my zxr 750 i find them great on the road not in the wet, but then you can just have fun spinning the back up lol

I got 12k out of the rear on my RT and I only changed it 'cos it was squared off.

Mind you my commute is all motorway and I think there's about 3 corners in the whole damned thing!

you must be buying tyres every week unless it's just for trips to a bikemeet and back?
