As for warming up at 2000 Kwak shoots up to a stupid figure...makes me

I just leave my chocke on full on my ZX6 J1 and it idles at about 1,500rmph before it shoots up.

However, i have found that i need to stay with the bike for a few moments and trickle the throttle to keep it idling at no more than 2,000rpm before it will idle between 1,500/2,000rpm on its own and then you can push the chocke almost all the way off.
