Printing Problems

Right chaps this is an odd one

At work we have xp pro throughout, with SBS 2003 on the server.

One girl has problems printing in so far that on regular occasions all of the letters on a word document crush over to the left hand side of the paper, this has happened on all three printers that we operate, OKI colour laser, Konica laser and a Kyocera laser.

We've swapped base units for her, and she is now using my old unit that I never had any problems with, but still the problem remains.

What do we need to be checking or changing etc

Check in Page setup in Word and ensure that there is no a4 letter resizing. You could also delete the normall template and ensure printer is setup correctly to print to the right size of paper

Do you know anyone throwing out a plotter / projector.. any kit really that could be used in making large scale prints. I dont have money but would be willing to work / trade. Give us a PM if you know anything. Cheers. G
