A note of the paperwork for my eldest daughters up and comming school trip to Outward Bound in Wales.

"No mobile phones, pagers or any form of personal walk persons"

WTF ?!?!?!

Surely the Sony Walkman was named after 'homosapien'...not the male of the species !!! I had to laff...unfortunately...I did this out loud in the middle of a very quiet, and packed, school auditorium...

Plain Stupid - To Be pedantic you could argue that thw "walkman" is a tradename and they should be referring instead to personal stereos.

Postman - postperson... Doesnt have the same ring to it.
