I tried to transfer my Bennets policy to a new bike . I was asked how much NCD i had on the new bike????? " none i v never insured it before how could i"? The person then informed me that now your NCD is based on your bike and when you change the bike you loose your NCD . Since when has a bike ridden it self carfully to keep a good record of NCD NEVER its down to the rider some one should tell Bennets. Thats the last time use them
