If any of u lot are like me and are after a new lid for the summer but havnt got alot of money then have a look at the HJC range mine is the CL 14. u get alot for your money, well thats what RIDE mag said. gold badged, loads of vents, semi removable lining, light and its the most confortable helmet i tried on. I did try on a couple of arai and shoie just to get a coparison. i prefered the HJC but it depends on your head shape. you get all this for £100, it feels like your wearing a helmet twice that price.anyway just thought id let u lot know. Looks OK but why did you get that flash visor with the picture of the ugly bloke on it as well? :smoke:

I've got one of these - it's actually quite a good, comfy lid, if a bit noisy. I've gone for a slightly more sober paint job though.

Your bedroom could do with some brightening up - get yourself down to Athena for some posters of tennis players scratching their arses or monkeys sitting on toilets.

I've got a CL14 in Smoke grey - comfy, cheap enough if a little noisey. Good for the money. It's also got a wicked smiley face on the back with vents for eyes

i bought one in ignorance.i thought a helmet was a helmet, all roughly the same. they aint.there is an american website that has listed quite a number of helmets with a head shape category.this helmet suits medium round shaped heads(not mine unfortunately).the result is a sore forehead after 15 minutes.i have nothing to compare it with but i do find it quite noisy-and that is only upto 60mph(125 bike) i suppose the biggest let down is that hjc only make two shell sizes,so my large helmet is an extra padded XL shell,it does look BIG.i think the quality is very good.the chin strap has frayed at the end after 18 months of riding so i don't think that is too bad. it does mist up unless you fit the provided nose/mouth piece-i find it too stuffy, preferring to open the visor a touch instead. ste
