My greetings to all visordown members.

I am a student and I would like to kindly ask your help for filling a survey. I am currently writing my master thesis on motorcycle touris and so happen to be a rider at the same time.

This survey may look simple and plain but thats what is needed in order to do the segmentation and later proceed to field research. Ofcourse any suggestions or criticism is welcome since I expect bikers to start pointing the finger there.

It is really quick and I would really like to thank you in advance for participating. For any questions ofcourse I am here to answer.

The survey misses a basic answer. It presumes a group of more than two companions. It forgets those that travel in pairs, such as spouses.

No it doesn't. It does ask if you travel alone 'yes or no' but that's as far as it goes.

If anything the survey isn't in depth enough and fails to ask for enough detail. It comes across as something written by someone who has never ridden a bike.

Also, the spelling and grammar of the OP would suggest that Kando may be a spammer and the link may take you to a site you don't wish to visit. Perhaps Kando should have gotten involved with the forum for a while, learning something about the kind of people that frequent these parts, and building up a number of posts which would then let people trust his survey a little more?

Just my opinion of course.

98% of the time I'm right. Why worry about the other 3%.

Yes, it looks simple as I mentioned before but that's what I need for now and then I have phase II on field research and phase III on in depth/thorough interviews.

I am certainly not a spamer and I have checked your forum posts mainly from the observer point of view, I would like to get more involved why not... Ofcourse I agree with what you say about being an experienced member but its on you if you want to help or not, its definately not a malicious survey neither a time consuming one.

Nevertheless, thanks for taking the survey!
