Having watched the race (which was brilliant viewing), I think Stoner should stop bleating and accept the fact that Rossi simply outrode him!

Lad's a bit daft, Rossi loves this sort of mind games and he'll win at it, no doubt there.

Stoner should indeed just keep quiet or...lodge an official complaint that he can back up.

I happen to think that Stoner is a better rider than Rosey (heresy I know!) but he clearly gets to the edge of his wisdom before the Italian chappy does.

What a complete and utter whiner that man Stoner. He has to stop being so anal about losing and start to have more fun, smile a little more and wonder why people are still cheering for Rossi even he is lying thirteenth and giving him the thumbs down even if he is leading a race.

You wanna be a big boy? Start behaving like one

Only real World Champions take defeat in their stride.

When Rossi lost the title to both Nicky and Casey, he never once had a bad word to about them - he accepted defeat and moved on. Casey doesn't seem to share that view - a little too young understand.

I watched Stoner when they called him the fall down kid, and he took out a few  riders with his dodgy  moves. Now,like any rider at the top he does'nt want to get knocked off his pedistal.  He's a great rider but he does need to stop his whining and get on with the job.

I seem to remember Stoner telling Rossi to shut up last season whenever Rossi mentioned tyres or the superior performance of the Ducati.

Now the tables are turned and all Stoner can do is whinge about it. I didn't hear Rossi telling him to shut up though.

Shame he can't be a bit more gracious in defeat. After all, it's only one race and the title is still wide open.

I REALLY hope Rossi wins it though!!

I felt for Casey after being at the Donington Moto GP because I did think it was a bit harsh watching the abuse he got but I am really finding it hard to support the whinging git now. He complains that no one likes him but I'm struggling to find anything favourable about the lad himself; yes he can ride bike bloody fast and he is tough to beat but to become a liked superstar takes a lot more than just being good at the sport itself. I realise he is just a young lad and had it all his own way last year so had nothing to complain about but this year he really has had a PR disaster. I reckon he needs to keep riding as he is and employ a very good PR manager who can deal with his public perception because he clearly has no idea himself...

I agree that Stoner may be the better 'Rider', but Rossi is the better 'Racer' hands down.

may the force not see you ...

Whats the difference between an Austrailian and a Jumbo jet, the Jumbo stops whining when you turn the engines off.

Biaggi and Gibernau fell for the same, Stoner should not fall into the same trap but it looks like he already is! Rossi...Rossi!!! LOL

Double standards here I think. If you watch the race again Stoner swerves into Rossi just as they cross the finish line on lap 2 or 3. That was by far the most dangerous pass of the race, much worse than the "grippy gravel" pass at the corkscrew. Good old Casey Moaner eh!

Got to agree with Marvs first post, Stoner is a whinging C**T who can't accept defeat. The lads got alot to learn from that man Rossi both on the PR front and on the race track!
