Hi everybody. My mate has been charged with murder, even though he didn;t do it. The police found him with a knife dripping in the blood of a victim, whose body was on the ground just in front of him. I know he didn't do it, because he told me that the "victim" ran onto the knife that he had in his hand. He was only holding the knife, as he was cutting some birthday cake for his baby kittens, but they all ran away. I need to know if anybody can recommend a great solicitor who is passionate about kittens, to help him get acquitted. I think there is a witness that the police have called and who the judge has already said he will believe no matter what. I think I know the witness and I know they didn;t see anything, because they were on holiday on Pluto at the time of the incident. Please help, as he's really in trouble and I'm sure you'll all see it's a fit-up.

I’m not allowed to have any of these as my avatar, so here they are on my sig instead. However, I now can't add any new ones

Did you ever hear anyone say “That picture had better be banned, because I might look at it and it might be very damaging to me”

right mr. loon this sounds reasonably serious.

how many times did the victim run on to the knife ? i once had a victim that ran onto my knife 17 times......backwards.

at the time of arrest i had no money and was told i would be represented by a feller called, legal aid (polish i think )by the time it came to court i had won the lottery and could afford a passinate lawyer who got me off with 3 points and a fixed penalty fine of £60,which i thought was a bit steep.

should you require this feller  his name is;

Best way to beat this would be plea bargaining. If your 'mate' let it be known that he intends to plead Not Guilty to the charge of Murder but would plead Guilty to a lesser charge of cruilty to animals on the grounds that he placed the Kittens in danger with the knife then the CPS may deem it not in the Public Interest to persue the Murder Charge.

That said, especially with the later deriliction of care for the Kittens, he may be looking at a minimum 16 year sentence.

This is really, really weird. R1 you're really, really strange. Find somewhere you can make some friends and talk to someone. You could probably get counselling on the NHS.

He'll get off scott free so long as he wasn't speeding on the way to the unfortunate stabbing and his car was taxed, insured and had a current MOT,.

Not that I need to justify myself to you, but look at the thread linked below. You may have noticed the number "2" in my thread title, this suggests that there was another earlier thread.

Why don't you have to justify yourself when you've clearly posted a load of shit.

While you're on e bay have a look for one yourself.

It's not funny though, its just weird, in a slightly creepy way.

There' really nothing at all funny about what you posted. A vague attempt a satire I suppose...you need to be fairly sophisticated to do that sort of thing, and to be fair you're obviously not the brightest lad...

Still, at least you're trying. Well done, good for you. Nice to see you trying at least.

Regarding senses of humour...not sure your standard of 'joke' really qualifies you as having one, to be honest. If people don't find your joke funny, it MAY mean they don't have much of a sense of humour, or it MAY mean that your joke was, completely and utterly, shite.

By people, I take it you mean you, or are you hiding behind John?

The offer of a PM discussion stands.

Because?

You have started a pretty thorough discussion about your views on me on another thread and seem to now be trying to back away from thee statements.

The quoted comment is usually the kind of repsonse I saw from people who were trying to start a fight, then realised they were out of their depth, when push came to shove.

For clarity, this is not a threat, it is a statement based on a number of years dealing with a variety of "hard men".
