Help me choose my next bike

Ok so I've been riding for 4 years, went from a bandit 650 to a 57 plate hornet. I've started a job and quite often ride the 70 mile round trip but obviously naked bikes aren't great for long motorway runs. I love the way the hornet handles and the engine is fantastic however I don't think anything in the honda range suits me.

I've looked at fazer thou, fazer 8, tiger 1050, tiger 8, sprint st and I test rode the z1000sx last year. I'm 22 so insurance isn't great on the thousand cc bikes - £1000+. The 800cc machines are coming in around 700 bucks. What I was wondering is what you would choose and if it's worth going to an 800 or straight to the thou. I'm looking at a lot of finance deals and I dunno if getting an 800 is worth it or if i should buy a second hand sport tourer and pay a little extra monthly insurance. I usually pay in full.

Anyways...thats enough from me, thank you for any suggestions or advice.
