Gloves and Phones

From my recent journeys in my van and on my ZX10R, i seem to have noticed more people riding on two wheels riding without gloves and more people talking and texting whilst driving their cars. In addition I have seen less police dealing with the phone issue. Do people really flout their own safety and that of others without thinking...

Not wearing gloves just cause its a tad warm is something thats really stupid, not wearing the right kit on a bike is bad enough for an off, but to suddenly find you cannot use your hands cause they got skinned to the bone isn't even worth thinking about
