If this was 4 guys in there porches and one decides to start drifting round corners and bins it and gets wiped out i don,t see the other 3 getting band .I think this it MrPlod promoting there police state once more.

Why ask a police biker to retrace the route?

Simply take the distance and divide it by the time and that gives the average speed, if its over the limit then they were speeding, end of story.

If it wasn't over the limit then I can't see how a speeding conviction can possibly stand as you can never hope to get the same circumstances again.

I would need to understand a bit more about the story than what has been said to make judgement. Theres no evidence of actual speed, just the fact one rider has been killed doing a wheelie. I'll be very surprised if the other motorcyclists get done over lack of evidence. I'm only going on about what has been said on this poor report

I've never heard such cock! Why are we as 'bikers' so penalised by the state? Is it because the country is run, either by old duffers, with no real clue as to what is going on, or by do gooders who are always looking for someone to blame, who is not in their specicific demographic. Why is it we can't simply be treated like other road users and prosecuted accordingly. I agree you can't drift a porch. But the sentiment is correct!! Recently a guy was imprisoned for speeding with his son on the back of his bike. Would said guy have had the same punishment if he had been in a tin box? Me thinks f*~*#ng not. The average age of our judges etc in this country is roughly 129 years old, can these relics really relate to modern day society? NO!! EMIGRATION IS THE ONLY ANSWER. Somewhere preferably nice and hot with scantily clad ladies. Rant over. COCK.

In any case how did they establish this 'route' and the time they would have started anyway? Sounds like a crock of shit to me.
