UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall. TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

In theory, if that fires on all cylinders (highly unlikely), it will be putting out 1500ish bhp

Unlikely - since it has only one big carb for each bank of 8 cylinders. Port scavenging would probably rob the last 5 cylinders in each bank of a suitable mixture.

Defo an interesting project and would love to see it run.
