Football Game For Air Ambulance

If an admin could make this a sticky it's be appreciated. 

I've had to keep this under my hat for a while just in case it didn't come off and time etc.

Basically Motorbike Racers v Leicester City Legends.
On our team are club racers and BSB riders. On theirs  might be Martin Johnson, Matt Elliott, Steve Walsh, Muzzy Izzet, Neil Lennon amongst others.
Game is to be played at Hinckley Utd football ground on 29th March. Will update in due course. The charity is going to be the Air Ambulance as you don't want to worry if you need it!! There will be raffles on the day so bring plenty of money! This game has only happened because this was my charity of choice, and due to my accident.
Some might say this is sponging but i had the accident outside the Axe And Compass pub and outside Tom's (LCFC Legends manager) house. For those who are wondering why this is why. I had 2x punctured lungs, 2 broken bones in face, broken left arm/wrist/hand, shattered upper right arm, broken left leg and a pin in my hip. I've got 5 pieces of metal in 3 limbs. So far we've raised over £2300 in a trackday held because of me i suppose. We hope to make more.

Honda Racing UK, Ron Haslam Race School and Signs Xtra of Hinckley have supplied raffle/auction prizes and hopefully Aaron Zanotti and his team mate Alistair Fagan will play as well! In total there's about 12 prizes I know off ranging from a pub meal voucher to a LCFC shirt signed to a Ducati Motogp coat. Also hopefuls are BSB's Kenny Gilbertson. Bruce Wilson has confirmed he'd be pleased to play  .I've also been given a coat to raffle off.  That coat is an official Ducati coat.  You have to be a GP mechanic to even wear it or be given it from what i'm told.  Triumph will supply t-shirts for us to play in and raffle off.  There will also be a £30 meal voucher for Axe & Compass pub in Wolvey.

Tom's told me he's got 2 more Coventry City players who played in an FA cup final playing.

Triumph have agreed to supply t-shirts to play in + a support van. We will be getting all the players to sign a shirt which will then be raffled/auctioned off. It is in local papers, motorcycle news and on motorcycle racer website.

(Pity it's soccer and not rugby but I suppose that might have been a bit of a mismatch.)

Yep, strangely i had my accident directly outside the managers house!

I've got 5 weeks to learn to run so i can kickoff lol.  i think that might be asking too much of my knee lol

Sadly Honda won't free their riders due to risk of injury which is understandable but they will provide 2009 teamwear to raffle off!  Also being raffled will be a Ducati coat which i gather you have to be a mechanic to even get it!  Being given to me to raffle off by Max Biaggis and Luca Cadaloras GP mechanic!!!

they'll let me i'm pretty sure of that but i don't want to deprive the people who turn up of a good football game!  besides, my physios would go ballistic i think if i did...........
