Can't Decide Which Bike

Howdy, folks.

I currently have a Triumph Speed 4 and am looking for something new. It handles great but I'm just tired of the poor fuelling in the lower rev range and the need to rev the balls off it to get it to go fast. However, I can't for the life of me decide what to get next.

My budget is £2,500-£3,000. I has to be bigger than 600cc as I want more torque than a 600 can offer. It MUST also have good fuel injection, as I am sick of the Speed Four's hesitation at low revs. I commute an hour each way by bike every day so it has to be at least reasonably comfortable. I want it to look good. A screen is desirable but not essential. It should handle well, though I am no racer.

So far I've come up with the shortlist below, but can't choose between them. Please give me your thoughts and suggest any bikes I have overlooked.
