Bike bay suspended after you parked there

Has this ever happened to anyone ?

Parked in bay in Old Jewry in city of London at 7.10 am 1 other bike there I checked the sign no suspension...

8 am all the bikes are ticketed and about to be towed.....

Suspension written on sign....

Lady in chargeSuzanne Onadi traffic Manager says it was done last night....

I managed to move my bike.....

Thinking of the others what can they do?

They can fight. If there was no parking restriction clearly displayed when they parked, then they were parked legally. Suzanne was lying.

Ive emailed her asking for proof it was done last night....I said a photo with date would be proof she said if they say they did it last night its your word against theres....

If I see any of the other regular guys ill mention it...

No reply from her yet!

You would do well to try to get together with the other people who parked there if you are able, and fight it together, you'd be harder to ignore that way. Start asking her who her boss is, let her know that you're not going to let it lye.

If you have a trouble with this get in touch with the labour councillor Paul Dimoldenberg. After westminster ignored 6 letters from me contesting a ticket and then threatened me with bailiffs, I emailed Paul and within 30mins they had 'found' my letters, cancelled the ticket and issued an apology..

They are a disgusting bunch of people.
