Done Best Petrol Prices and in the End the whole Country was pretty equal with some stupidly high and some equally low.

How about beer prices?

Pint of Bitter

Pint of Lager

Pint of Guinness

I know there are loads of different brands but a standard price for your local Ale house will do?

Huddersfield, Wellington Pub :

Pint of Bitter = £1.45

Pint of Lager = £1.80

Pint of Guinness = £1.90

London, Local Club :

Pint of Bitter = £1.05

Pint of Lager = £1.20

Pint of Guinness = £1.20

(Special Discount Rates Though)

Anyone else like to offer up the prices from their Local?

this brings up my favorite question: why is a bottle of beer (o.33 ltr) almost always more expensive than a pint (o.564 ltr) of the same stuff? Is it all down to the bottled beer posing factor?
Not to mention that where I'm from any pub landlord for selling bottled would be hung, drawn & quartered by the regulars

Pint of Lager - 55p

Can of Guiness 70p

Pint of Bitter - 55p

These prices are real here in South Africa.

A decent meal, (huge 300g Fillet Steak, fries, veg, sauce of choice) 3.5 Quid.

What else?

Because I slept through high school, that's why!
