know exactly where your coming from,been about 12 weeks for me,only slipped a coupla times.

Pubs though,arrgghhh.Coz all yer mates spark up and yer hands are flappin in around going - what the fuck are we supposed to be doin

worst for me tho is when I'm out on the bike and stop for a coffee and I reeeaaaally want a smoke then.

I'll have a lager,thanx

Good on yer m8, i've just smoked 15 in 3 hours at the local (hack hack)

I'm an ex smoker too but I do enjoy the occassional one at a trackday. So much so that when I'm doing one I'll stop at a garage on the way and buy a packet.

That's exactly what I do, weird eh!

I was a fairly heavy smoker, 20 a day or so for a 25 year old (at teh time) but I just don't enjoy it that much now, even out on the piss I don't get the urge but I find it calms my nervs no end when I'm feeling up-tight.

im one of the rarity who has NEVER even tried a fag.. scared that if i start i wouldnt be able to stop my mate was going through wot you are doing, and found that if he bought 2 pints, one for each hand, the craving would disappear cause both hands had something to hold on too.


also meant he got pissed alot quicker

well done staying of the fags and not smoking any ciggies eith er. i stopped in march last year and still find it hard when in the company of smokers while we're in the pub but it does get easier.
