Need to work on the pecs and stomach.
If I was fat/over weight/out of shape, I'd take the piss out of you, like the others on the thread have.

doing it for the LULZ.....
my chest is only a 46, so small for my 6ft 4 nearly frame....
Also my biggest target is stamina....keeping a frame whilst running 15 quick miles a week is hard to keep "big"....
I cant imagine how fat/big i would be without the cardio...probably a good 2 stone heavier.15/16 stone range....
