Hi there can anyonwe tell me the easiest and cheapest way of getting my track acu license, i have a road license "restricted" any info would be helpful

It depends where you are in the country - but the cheapest option is probably to do the course at ACU house in Rugby, Warwickshire. Details: http://www.acu.org.uk/Resource/Competitor-Training-Course.aspx
It's impossible to fail (literally), your liscene itself is about £40 and you need an eye test.
