Anyone read this apart from me?

A bloke on a ZZR1100 about 10 years ago I think.
He did a tour of the USA, "25 states challenge" was another name it was given. (may not have been 25, but you get the idea)

He did it for a children's charity, his name was Mike Andrew's *I think*.

I corresponded with him for a while in the 90's.

I can't find anything at all about this on the internet for some reason.

Shame, cos it was a cracking account of his journey and i'd like to pass it on to a few other people to read but i've lost my copy.

Was this the one serialised in Bike magazine in the mid nineties?

Seem to remember it, bloke called Mike riding for the Make a Wish charity.

Was always one of the first things I turned to when I bought the mag.

It was never actually published as such. Copies were bound by Mike himself and posted out.

Unless I can find a contact for him, it's looking unlikely...

Why would asking if anyone has a copy of a book be in days out

Unless they wanted to go down the market to buy it

And over 7 years later.....

I have the book, and as said above it was bound by Mike himslef.

The athuor's name was Mike Allen.

I'd like to see if it exists in pdf form somewhere as it was a good read.

I googled but this thread was the only thing google found.

I've just found my old copy in the attic.

Just read a couple of pages, forgotten just how interesting it was given its age...
