This is 1 of only 2 ever made, the other is in a museum in the Isle of Man.
I cannot tell you much appart from it is 200cc 2 stroke with 4 X NSU barrels and home made crank cases linked with 1 crank, its built on an MV Agusta cs 175 frame ..
It was built by a bloke called 'Bert Fruin' and i believe 1961 vintage.
If anyone is interested in it please drop me a mail and i'll pass on Mark's details so you can find out more.
Here's a couple of pics to view.
Offers around £6000.

That is the business isn't it.
That's 3 of us that rave over it but even between us we couldn't afford it.

There may also be a YAMAHA TD1C 250 cc ex works bike circa 1972 up for grabs too (i think he wants to clear out a touch) but i'm not 100% on that yet.

How can you put a price on something such as this??

It really is a case of see it and make Mark an offer, i don't have a clue personally and its really not my cup of tea (i like my Jap missile).
If you want me to arrange any photo's from different angles, close ups etc then mail me on johnycbr@msn.com and i'll sort it out for you.
What i can guarantee is that it IS in excess of £5K......as for anything more i cannot say. He has had the bike in his ownership for a number of years but i think he's having a clearout of a few rare beasts.
The 'FRUIN' is in need of restoration, its complete but scabby. There was interest shown a few years back by Sammy Miller but i heard they didn't see eye to eye over something. If you want to contact me via e-mail i shall pass on his number for you.

Having sat and thought about this machine, my brother has decided to name a price of 6K for this 'FRUIN'...... in need of plenty of TLC and someone with time , and engineering skills to make the most of this beast. It can be viewed at anytime, e-mail me and i'll return his details to you. Thanks

Swap for a rowing boat that just needs oars plus trailer which just need two tyres and I can deliver to you?

Maybe £300 cash from me as well?

PS Is Sammy Miller included in the price?

Bikers have little brand loyalty and are far happier to be led by the nose to the cheapest prices then whinge about the bad service
