Blue and white K5 gixxer for sale. UK bike, main dealer supplied, 1st service done at 600 miles, now showing just over 1000. Obviuosly as new, massive saving over new, at £7,950. Reason for sale ? This bike is just TOO much for the road. It is mental, and has persuaded me at the age of 45 that it is time to give up the game. 01430 801009 or 07979953661 will get me. 23 months warranty left, needs nothing, just be bloody carefull on it !

Listen you fucking tosser, I have had bikes since 1976, without a break, so stick your stereotyped image up your bigoted arse. When you know whst your talking about speak, till then shut the fuck up. In fact, pop round on your CB400s, and I'll rip you a new arse hole.

ROFLMAO You tell 'em tezzer!

I've just bought one paid full price and am running it in atm.

Traded in my '99 R1 for it (and for the record I've been riding since 1983 so, if he arrives send what's left of him over to me and I'll feed him to the dog.

Too much for the road? Don't make me laugh, mate. I've got a Big Bandit and as long as you're not ham-fisted you'll be fine. You've obviously been riding for five minutes, why not give it a month or two to see how you progress. Get some extra traing where you did your DAS.

Good luck.

What about getting some track training or just going out with a advanced trainer for a couple of hours. They only go as fast as you turn the throttle.

But if its not for you then good luck in selling it and hope you get something more to your tate.

This is alot abouit dealers not offering proper test ride IMHO.

Why is every having a go at this bloke???......and at least he is man enough to state its too much for him!.

Should sell for that as there are no more new in the UK till end of September!...

and the comment about dealers not allowing a proper test ride??..MM since when wasnt an hour enough to tell you how quick a bike is?...anyway you havent seen how many people we get round wanting a spin without being serious!..so take that as you will!

I agree. Let him alone, at least he's honest with himself and won't be wrapping himself round a lamp post or pedestrian or kitten at any point soon.

And I gotta say I can't see much similarity between a 1000K5 and a B1200 either...

I see a boundary. I eat that boundary and wash it down with a steaming hot cup of rules...

My post was not meant to be negative it was meant to be constructive.

I do have problems getting test rides and have stupidly bought from a dealer previously did not give me one. I have had to deposit the full price of the bike on other occasions. I might note both of these dealers are now bust?????

He has balls for admitting his mistake but I think with some encouragement and a little training he may enjoy the bike.

It's not too much for me, it's too much for the highway. I can't see anybody riding one of these, to 50% of it's ability, and getting away with it for long. I've had it round to 175 or so, and I can assure you that comes round very quickly indeed. My tweaked hayabusa was putting out 173 rwbhp by the time I sold it, but weighed a bit more. Handling wise, this is streets ahead. Oh, and on the subject of advanced training, I was a surveilllance biker for Her majesty's Customs & Excise, so did the Police advanced course, with plenty of refresher training. So it's not a question of me being green, it's a question of common sense (at last).
