Bikes wanted

Hi,

I am looking for a HONDA CBR or VFR 400 I am based in the midlands but am willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right bike.  Budget is around the £1500 mark

I've got an NC30 that will be for sale in the near future, one of the fork legs is dismantled at the moment for a new seal.

just had a complete new standard exhaust fitted, front wheel bearings, c&s, front brakes stripped, starts on the button every time.

hasn't been used for the last 2 years.

it'll come with 12 month MOT and 6 month tax because Mrstaff wants to ride it before the end of the summer, I'll want about £1300 for it.

would it come with the forks sorted ?

I dont have any pics at the moment but will once its put back together.

everything mechanical will be fully sorted, I've been working on it (slowly) for 2 years   the plastics aren't quite perfect.

as I said, it'll have a new mot before it goes anywhere.

midlands to somerset isn't that far, we have relatives in Rugby and it only takes a couple of hours to get there.

well defintely interested - which paint job is on it ?

 this is for my GF so she will need to see a pic, can you find a pic of the same paint job ?

1992 NC30. No V5, Powder coated rear wheel. Black powder coated frame, powder coated rear sets, JMCA end can. Started it this week for the first time this year at it started on the button but ran at 5000rpm so I killed engine, need to strip carbs down. Brand new chain and sprockets, brand new BT90s. Braided brake lines front and back, the rear has been routed through the swing arm. No body work other than a top endurance fairing, but most of roadgear is there. Showing 16000k.

Needs Battery, fork seals, rear light and bodywork. I've probably got a pair of front indicators somewhere as well as a keyless fuel cap if I look hard enough in my garage.

I've just got a new computer and havn't transfered everything over yet, this is a couple of years old and its done about 30 miles since.

A years MOT and tax

used by my girlfriend, I put a new K&N air filter, new spark plugs, refitted new spark pulg caps, the wires from the coils too.Oh cleaned the carbs and an oil and filter change too. R&G crash bungs, valve shims adjusted too.

She runs like a dream, the brakes and tyres are fine, so is the gold heavey duty chain and sprockets.

She only rides in nice weather and this is her toy for messing around on the weekends with me and my bike.

She is after about £1500

NC30, in Marlboro White and orange. Tax and MOT. Race tuned by centurion racing(BSS)

Track set up and HRC ECU bypass.

hi, i have a 1990 h reg nc29, black and grey, blueflame exhaust, dyno setup, has had the full graeme france suspension set-up, i.e. refurbed cbr600 shock and custom spring and linkage, and racetech fork springs and oil. runs very well, body work is in good-ish condition but has been fibreglass repaired in a couple of places. I also have two virtually new pirelli supercorsa rear tyres and a brand new unused supercorsa front tyre that would go with it, plus original can and workshop manual, looking for £1200 ono. pm me or call me on 07779 263258

G reg cbr400 nc29, MOtted and taxed until June 09, no lower fairing, 17kms and 2k miles, has speedo convertor to mph to no 180kph restriction. Tyres are good, chain and spockets good. Look for £700 ono. Need the garage space.
