We're up to Episode 5 of our show about getting to grip with the mechanical side of a bike. In this instalment we tackle steering head bearings - removing the old bearings and cups, packing the new bearings with grease, installing everything, and discussing why they wear out. About us: we're four riders who get together every week to work on our bikes. We have travelled quite a bit on two wheels - overland from London to Singapore, through South America, up and down Australia/New Zealand etc - and the idea of the show is we film work that we're actually doing, dealing with mechanical and maintenance issues as they arise.

AC, you made me laugh out loud (and yes, I laughed in my orrible accent). Perhaps we should get the vids dubbed by professional voice actors. Or just sack Pete, since we all know it's him you're talking about ...
