I won a set of car projectors, xenon with bulbs, there was no reserve and the auction started at 99p- no other bidders, emailed as to when i could collect etc, I dont want to sell for a pound.
Seller rang me and asked for my best offer? I said 99p as thats what I won them at- says he wont sell- any way I can make them? or is it just neg feedback and a warning to others?
