I ordered some brake bits on 9th Jan which were estimated as 1-3 days despatch. I've tried to contact them by email and phone but no reply.

They've debited my credit card but I think I've been rooked.

My advice to anyone - DON'T USE THEM

Yeah im trying to give the benefit of the doubt,maybe hols but why not say?,the phone No is actually to a private house so BT said. Yeah took the money from my credit card straight away, but they have told me to give them about 2x weeks then i can get the credit card people to sort it out.

Good point Steve but as you say with a sale on they should be expecting orders not holidaying. It's not just the money but I wanted my brake bits to get bike through mot so I've ordered elsewhere and got the stuff in 2 days. Internet orders are pretty slick these days and we're used to quick service so if the stuff does turn up it's late and I'm not using them again. I've found 2 posts on other forums where guys haven't got the stuff they ordered.

I ordered some plugs off them before Christmas and they took there time coming too, I tried the phone as you have but they did not answer, I eventually got an answer on the fax number.

They did not respond to mails either, but I eventually got the parts.

About 3 weeks they took as they said they had problems getting from the supplier & Christmas postal proplems.

I raised the order on 08/12 and it was despatched on 21/12.

nice one, all my stuff turned up this morn after i mailed them yesterday, week and a half in total. not to unhappy about it. its all here now so thats good.

I placed an order for a chain & sprocket set, payment was taken and when I checked on their website under order progress I noticed nothing had changed.

 Looking around various forums I read a lot of comments from people complaining & suggesting never to use them which didn't inspire me with much confidence.

 Back on the Moto-Racing site I sent an email chasing my order (the telephone number on their site just rings out) Didn't get a reply to the email sent but order changed from pending to complete after I had sent the email.

Arrived today just over a week and a half from when I placed the order much to my relief, wasn't as fast as a lot of companies I have used in the past and the lack of communication doesn't inspire confidence.

I ordered some Hel brake lines 2 weeks ago but as like many of you I have recieved nothing, no replies to calls or emails.

I did some looking around and found that many others had been scammed by these (wish i looked around 1st) I have found complaints as far back as 2007. This info might be helpful in getting you product or money back.

this will get you through to an elderly Gent who seems to be his dad and he'll tell you that his son is not there and that you will get your goods but there is somtimes a problem in the shipment to them.

It might be worth a call or a visit?

I will wait and see if my order arrives but dont hold out much hope but will let you know outcome, but in mean time contacted the credit card company to inform them and now just have to wait 30 days to be able to start claim.

I can not understand how these guys can still have a credit card facility on their site when there has been such a lot of complaint to trading standards and credit card companys and sage themselves who continue to supply the facility.

My recomendation DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!
