If you're still looking I have a 76 cb500t complete and good runner. Has tax and mot till apr 10. 200mls ago it had new pistons and rings, new front brake pads, new starter clutch rollers and bearings, carbs rebuilt with new kit (cleaned and tuned), new rear sprocket, new fuel tap and strainer, new ignition switch, new points, condensor and plugs, plus other bits and pieces. Runs well but uses a bit of oil at the mo. Someone suggested that's probably because new rings/pistons are still being run in. I'm no mech, so don't know. Spent last winter rebuilding it and was going to spend this winter painting it, but wife has other ideas. If the tank and side covers were tidied up it would be a near mint bike. I'm not desperate to sell it and would be interested in any serious offer.
