a gear and fuel level indicator wouldn't be too bad either. I really feel like yamaha stopped caring about its r6 customers..

It appears the current R6 has does really well on the club racing scene here in the US and is still very competitive, especially since Yamaha is kind of gun shy about racing support at times.

From my understanding, the current generation's engine was made very reliable to the updates it received in 2008, so why alter it too much? I still wouldn't mind seeing it made more user friendly, though.
