BIKE THIEVES SHOULD BE SHOT ON SIGHT. HOPE YOU GET THE BIKE BACK.AND GET WELL SOON . IF THE KEYS WERE STILL IN INGNITION YOUR NOT LIKELY TO GET PAID OUT ON INSURANCE

@Karl- Two things, please don't write in all caps - it's the equivalent of shouting. Secondly, if the rider was lying in the road with those injuries I doubt very much he was thinking of, much less able to remove his keys...
