Could it be he was there taking photos for Schuberth's upcoming sportbike helmet? He was at the Sachsenring the first week in September for a helmet photo shoot.

He was at Hockenheimring-circuit end of last month for the testing and foto-shooting of our SR1-Helmet.

We´ll post some photos on our website and facebook later next month

Schumacher is far quicker on TWO WHEELS than most other guys are at that age , and next year once the car is sorted out, he'll be on the podium more regularly.

The guy loves racing so what?

And even if he did decide to become a powerboat racer who cares? More power to him for realizing that adrenaline comes in all forms.

Personally I enjoy motorcycle trackdays, car trackdays, skydiving, mountain bike racing, and longboarding because they are all exciting and there's nothing wrong with Schumacher doing similar.

I think his return to F1 was a mistake for his reputation, but if he's been there as a favour to a mate to develop a new car, then fine, but he should've thought a bit more about it if you ask me.

F1's moved on from Schumy's style and his old ways, actually just about every overtake ends in stewards enquiry - he's better off in bike racing if you ask me, and if he can afford to race bikes, cars, boats, sheep then good for him, the reality is that he may not be competitive, but if he's having fun - so what.

After all, Alain Prost races cars on snow for fun, Nigel Mansell fails to get round LeMans for fun.

Whether its right, wrong, or spelt badly with incorrect grammar - its just an opinion and its mine!

The guy has some serious talent for riding, cant say I like him much as a person but thumbs up for his passion for racing bikes. As for the F1 comeback he must have known if he couldnt drive a Ferrari, McClaren or Red Bull then he was gonna struggle, odd decision.
