That will put Rossi in the seat for a factory bike next year. Everyone noticed his entertainment value in that race. With Stoner leaving, they'll want to ensure entertainment next year and that seems the obvious way to do it judging from that race alone. That was the best race in ages and all because Rossi was there, with his license to thrill.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Stop saying things like that!!! It'll upset all the haters and we'll have carnage on our hands!!!!

(was a TASTIC race though) Brilliant, from all sides, and the Moto 3 and Moto 2 races were corkers as well!!!

Maybe not all the haters, but all people who could look reality in the eyes saw that the rain provided entertainment by tons of people falling. Not sure whether you find it fun, but I certainly do not.

It's great to see some unknown names grabbing podium, but let's be honest many of them do not have the dry pace.

This is how bad the MotoGP is ... people call these races "best in ages". Seriously, it was that good you think? When they put on a show in dry, I will start to believe it.

Now, I see where the corker comes from ... Eurosport made me download moto3 race, after calling it an absolute corker. What did I get? Half of the field went down, the moto3 bikes are impossible to restart and local guy won (he even looked french LOL), who would have no chance of winning in dry .... great story, but racing, no, not really.

"but racing, no, not really."
What the??!!
To be a truly "great" racer you need to be able to compete at the top in all conditions. Rossi proved that once again (if proof was truly needed)he is one of the very best.
Rain is a great leveller and gives the opportunity of riders on "lesser" machines to show their true quality.

As for unknown names grabbing podiums...all power to their elbows!

Mxs, what? A race is about challenging and overtaking, the duel, whether the weather is good or not is secondary to this. The pace was good enough eye candy as well. I agree, I'm no fan of the falling off for entertainment nonsense that morons, (most tv editors) only find interesting, but the main race wasnt like that at all anyway. That was definitely the best race / contest in ages. In the dry its all been a bit spaced out recently.
