My dog was killed in a similar manner back in 1982. A scrote of a driver swerved his speeding car off the road and purposely hit my dog which had moved over onto the pavement and sat down to allow this lone speeding vehicle to pass by. I was heartbroken, and mentally scarred for life, so I can imagine what the dog owner must be going through. I could never bring myself to have another dog, and can't even watch movies about dogs without weeping. The butt wipe who did this has incurred fates wrath. It is only a matter of time!
