Crutchlow: 'I gave it everything I had'
"I was fourth in Qatar but today I could actually see the winner and there is no reason why I can't be up there battling for the podium from now on."

Cals going from strength to strength. Counting Valencia last year that's 3 4ths on the trot, not bad at all really.
If this form carries on, and Ben doesn't pick up then Cal could be in serious contention for a factory seat next year.
It's nice to see because he seems like a decent bloke as well.

Good to see him staying on, finishing the reace, and 4th is a good result this early on in the season...
As for battling for the podium? - he was riding like a 'cock' at the start - and should be racing for the podium, rather than battling... "It's a little bit twisty for my riding style"... which is probably why he nearly took out Nicky and others when running in too fast and running wide...

Crutchlow... bloody awesome, riding like a cock at the start, Jesus give the man a break, how often has he been there, he is still new and leaning every race.

Fan fucking TASTIC rides in the last 3 GP's as Rob's said. Amazing to have a Brit properly getting involved. I'd agree if Ben Spies doesn't pull his finger out. Cal could very well be on the works bike next year if he manages to keep this up.
:D :D :D

Bollocks to him riding dangerously. As soon as James Toseland was told to curb his 'spirit' he went massively downhill.. That was the best Motogp race I've seen for ages and largely due to Cal's aggressive riding. It was great to watch and felt like a real race.. Can't wait to watch him ride next weekend. Well done Cal!!

If anyone should be worried about their ride next season, it's Pedrosa. "Perhaps I was too cautious at the beginning.." No shit. It's called a RACE.
He's consistently and often convincingly beaten by Stoner who is on the same machinery, yet he's had a couple more seasons to work it out. Marc Marquez must be licking his chops watching this punce riding around just making up numbers.

Silverstone could be good then. A podium? He'll be out for a win.

yeah interesting point re Pedrosa. How much longer can that guy have the factory ride for? The answer is forever due to Repsol being Spanish. Pedrosa is regarded as royalty, yet he never does anything. If results have anything to do with it, he should be on a satellite bike, simple.
