Lucky Charlie, I didn't think the Thames Valley Police viewed bike theft as crime any more. I guess the Police being prompted by Bike Trac or Tracker makes the difference. One hopes they would act as quickly if it were a bike belonging to anyone else.

I'm gonna guess itz a long term loaner from BMW so he wouldn't lose anything, if it was HIS money he might have locked it up?

If 'Trackers' were mandatory on all bikes, thieves would have a much harder time and do a lot more time!

How do we know it was unlocked?

Probably stolen by someone with virility problems. (see other posts)
No wonder he's always smiling!

Jim - knock it off with that "mandatory" word, aren't we getting enough mandatory crap from the EU without volunteering for more...

Maybe his bike being stolen was a PR stunt to promote his new TV show.

Nice to see a Tracking Unit doing its job successfully again. Acutrac have a good recovery rate too, cheaper and with no monthly fee! Give 'em a google...
