Wrong team I reckon.

He'll fail and end up in AMA or no mans land.

he needed a 1st string team with 1st string tyres [Bridgestone if this year is an accurate marker]...aren't Tech3 running Dunlop? !!!

Yes but, if the article is anything to go by, then there are options for new tyres next season. I know it's speculation but, if there is any chance of running a Factory backed Yamaha running on Bridgestone, then that has to be better than running on an underpowered Honda running Michelin. Having read that article it has changed my views on the move.

Good move in my eyes. He'll have to work his nuts off in the first 2 or 3 seasons but as long as he remains consistent, he'll get the ride he desires.

Maybe not.

I'm sure he has confidence in his decision and with decent tyres at last Britain has a chance to be competitive, after all, hasn't it been proved time and time again, a talented rider who compliments and knows the adjustments to be made on his bike will get results.....Good luck James

JT is no mug and will have all the answers he wanted to make the right decision for him bearing in mind the great ride with TenKate that he is giving up....cant wait to cheer him on in MotoGP!

I am a great fan of JT and also Rossi, JT is a great talent and I believe he will take his move by the horns so to speak and do very well in MotoGP. JT will show that he is as good if not better then Rossi, the man makes the bike but it needs to be a good bike to start with. Tech 3 need to pull thier finger out. :smoke::burnout:
