BE CAUTIOUS!! My negative experience with this company has lead me to warn other consumers prior to purchasing of the illegitimate business with this company. I contacted a salesrep in regards to ordering fairings for my Suzuki GXSR750 about the color of the fairings, I was guaranteed that the color would match my bike and went ahead and spent the $400+. Waited almost 3 ½ weeks before the fairings were shipped but found out the fairings get shipped out of China, therefore the shipping timeframe giving was incorrect. Once I received the fairings and realized that the blues were the wrong color, I called the customer service dept and twice the refused to provide me with their manager name and number. I would have to pay for the re-shipment of the fairings, in addition a 25% restock fee. I then contacted their mother company Mastaminds and was told that exact same thing. Unbelievable!!!
