The Honda 600 CBR has come in various different guises since it's introduction in 1987.

Over the years the Honda 600 CBR evolved and the most popular was the Honda 600 CBR F4i, which was the perfect all-round bike ready for long distance rides and trackdays.

To challenge the race-ready Yamaha R6, in 2003 Honda released the Honda CBR600RR derived and inspired by the Honda RC211v MotoGP racer. The Honda 600 CBR RR and the Yamaha R6 have made the supersport category what it is today with more race orientated motorcycles straight out of the factory.

For 2007 the Honda CBR 600RR had a major overhaul and redesign with the main focus revolving around making the bike lighter and more powerful than it's rivals, a feat that was asserted in the manufacturer dominating the supersport classes around the globe.

In racing the Honda CBR600 has dominated the supersport class but the engine from the Honda 600 CBR RR has since become the base for the Moto2 class.

Since the revision the Honda 600 CBR has only had small revamps. But a major milestone with becoming the first super sport bike to feature ABS brakes, the Honda CBR 600RR ABS was tested by Visordown and the brake feature has since become a stable in the motorcycle world.

Users have visited Visordown and put in given a host of opinions in their Honda 600 review and their is a wide variety of Honda 600 CBR for sale.
