What do you want to know about the Harley-Davidson Street Rod?

We’re riding the ’Rod tomorrow

Harley-Davidson Street Rod

TOMORROW we’re going to be swinging a leg over Harley-Davidson’s latest model – the Street Rod.

If the new Street Rod looks familiar, that’s because it's based on the existing Street platform – and from what I know about it so far, it's basically a pimped up, more powerful and premium version of the Street 750 Harley launched in 2015. Or maybe it's not - there's a presentation happening soon and Harley might tell me it's something bold, new and a totally different proposition to a Street 750 - I'll let you know.

Being based on the Street platform, the Street Rod is powered by the same 750cc V-Twin engine in the Street 750, but with a new airbox, throttle bodies and changes in the new four-valve heads that give it a claimed 20% additional peak power and 10% more torque.

Aside from the new moody, blacked out Dark Custom styling, the Street Rod also has different chassis geometry, compared to the Street 750.
