Last year, Barcelona brought us a thriller. With the bikes more evenly matched, this year's race had the potential to be better. But would it be?

I think Nicky is a bit lost at Honda at the moment. He's such a great guy but I think his loyalty may be holding him back right now. I think another ride could be the key to his rebirth.
Whatever happens, he has had what JT dreams of and aspires to, and what Colin (great bloke he is) will never have - the number 1 plate in the worlds premier motorcycle championship.

The #1 plate, enough said .I just cant see Nicky riding for any other team .Honda is the best team with the most wins and always has the best riders so leaving might be a bad move ? but winning is nice too!

Hmmm.. Why fire him..
Becuase he hasnt had a good result since winning the championship!
Repsol honda are contracted to have at least 1 spanish rider in there team, otherwise Respol (A spanish company) will pull there sponsorship.
Nicky hayden wont keep his ride. He knows this, and strong links have already been put with RH and Dovisioso.
Hayden will get a ride again, maybe with the sattelite Ducati team, or maybe even Marco's place because he wont keep that ride!

They changed the bike! Honda built the bike for Dani and he is still #2 why? anyways Vale left to find some speed and a supporting team. If dani want to be #3 next year he should learn how to be a team player .Nicky watched Rossi and won maybe Dani should watch Nicky and learn how to become a real big bike champion.

+ 1. Agree with DP 100% - although, I would love to see Edawrds win. At least a race!!
I am a fan of Nicky Hayden and belive that he is a top quality rider. He wouldn't have been World Champion otherwise. I just think he has struggled to adapt to the 800. Just like it took him a while to adapt to the 990 when he first arrived. Different riders require different things and maybe the 800 just doesn't suit him. Whatever happens, he is still a great rider and a great bloke who is still young enough to win races and warrant a top ride imho. If they gave out awards for effort and determination, he would always be up there but unfortunately for him, racing isn't that clean cut.
